Spa Etiquette

Enjoy the exclusive facilities at the Spa, which include Relaxation Area, Heat Experience, Hammam, Vitality Experience, Sauna, Swimming Pool, Treatments Room (including a suite for two persons), Zen Studio and Cardio-Fitness Studio

You are encouraged to arrive at least thirty minutes prior to your treatment to have time to change the clothes, wear a dressing-gown, and put on the own slippers of "The Spa", before to enjoy the Heat Experience and the Relaxation Area.

The Treatments
All treatments and Spa programmes will be available to residents of the Hotel, associates and not-associates.

The Cardio Fitness Studio is Free of Charge for Hotel Guests and is available 24 hours a day.

All Hotel guests may use all other "THE SPA" facilities with an entrance fee charge of 10 € pp (children under 12 years old will have free of charge access). Entrance fee charge for external clients is 40€ per person.

Children up to 12 years old: free access to the swimming pool only (from 1PM till 7PM).

Full Day Spa Programmes and Half Day Mini Ritual Programmes are available for non-residential guests and include use of the Spa facilities.

To make any treatment you should book with antecedence of two hours minimum.

Bookings cannot be confirmed or secured without a credit card.

Cancellation
A 50% cancellation charge will be incurred for any treatment or Spa programme not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to appointment. Cancellation within 12 hours will incur a 100% charge. Remember that if you come late you would restrict the duration of the treatment, decreasing the satisfactions and the full profit of the same.

Gift Vouchers
An ideal present. Gift vouchers are available for any treatment, full Day Spa programmes, half Day Mini Rituals, Swásthya Yôga class or products, for all occasions. Offer to your friends or family the benefits of "The Spa", give them the ideal present. Gift vouchers are non refundable, need a previous booking and must be presented at time of treatment. Each certificate is valid one year after issue date.

Opening hours:
Monday to Friday from 7.30 a.m. to 10.00 p.m.
Saturday from 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m.
Sunday and Public Holidays from 8.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m.

Note:
Children only can use the Pool everyday from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
